Home Depot’s distribution arm completes the acquisition of Mingledorff’s, a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies. The transaction gives Home Depot its first significant foothold in HVAC distribution and expands the total addressable market to $1.2 trillion. SRS Distribution, acquired by Home Depot in 2024 for $18.25 billion, completed the Mingledorff’s deal last week to tap into a $100 billion market segment.
