Former Economy Minister Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli returned to Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters on May 14 2026 with five lawyers to submit additional evidence. Rafizi provided a 28-page file of documents including media reports plus video recordings on a USB drive related to the RM1.1 billion semiconductor partnership agreement between the Economy Ministry and UK-based Arm Holdings. The probe opened February 16 2026 after complaints from three NGOs alleging the deal was rushed and biased. Rafizi previously spent four days giving statements and 22 witnesses including political analyst Chai Jin Shern have been called so far.
