Paradox raised $200 million in Series C financing on May 19, 2026. The round values the Scottsdale-based conversational recruiting software company at $1.5 billion and grants it unicorn status. Co-lead investors included Stripes, Sapphire Ventures, and Thoma Bravo, with participation from Workday Ventures, Indeed, Willoughby Capital, Twilio Ventures, Blue Cloud Ventures, Geodesic, Principia Growth, DLA Piper Venture Fund, and Brighton Park Capital. Paradox was founded in 2016 by Aaron Matos and offers the Olivia conversational AI assistant for candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Paradox Technologies has now raised a total of $253 million across three funding rounds with a last known valuation range of $646 million to $843 million prior to this round.
