Gemini reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $50.3 million, up 42% year-over-year, and announced a $100 million strategic investment from Winklevoss Capital Fund paid entirely in Bitcoin at $14 per share for 7,142,857 Class A shares. The investment supports liquidity, product development, and strategic initiatives at the crypto exchange founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss. Gemini's Q1 net loss narrowed 27% to $109 million while credit card revenue surged nearly 300% to $14.7 million and OTC revenue rose to $6.3 million from $0.1 million in Q1 2025. Winklevoss Capital Fund completed the private placement on May 14, 2026, sending GEMI shares up over 20% in after-hours trading.
