ServiceNow expanded its Amazon Web Services partnership to roll out new AI governance tools with AWS Marketplace transactions surpassing $1 billion as of May 18 2026. The company launched Build Agent inside ServiceNow Studio allowing developers to build apps using natural language prompts powered by Anthropic models. NowVertical Group a ServiceNow partner secured a three-year agreement valued at around $4 million with a fintech client across Argentina Colombia and Mexico. ServiceNow market cap stood at approximately $98.3 billion with a P/E ratio of 56.81 above its ten-year median of 49.46.
