Recruiting teams configure role-specific criteria and share async screening links that candidates complete in about 15 minutes. The system generates summaries competency scores transcripts and consistency ratings to compare resume claims against responses. Sam integrates with supported applicant tracking systems and supports technical blue-collar and white-collar roles excluding healthcare positions.
