Linklaters advised Latitude.sh on its US$300 million acquisition by Megaport Limited. The deal involved Megaport acquiring 100 percent equity in Latitude.sh entities in the USA and Brazil. Upfront consideration totaled US$150 million with US$70 million cash and US$80 million in Megaport shares. Latitude.sh will continue operations under Megaport with expanded global reach across more than 1,000 data centers in 26 countries. Megaport completed the acquisition on November 27, 2025.
