Torq Acquires AI Security Startup Jit to Add Context Graphs to SOC Platform

Torq acquires Jit founded in 2021 for undisclosed price on May 19, 2026. Jit raised $46.7 million from Boldstart Ventures, Insight Partners, Tiger Global Management and others. Torq follows its $140 million Series D in January 2026 at $1.2 billion valuation and April 2025 Revrod acquisition. Ofer Smadari, Torq co-founder and CEO, states the move unites Jit's AI Context Graphs with the Torq AI SOC Platform for proactive cybersecurity.
