Latitude.sh Secures Three AI Contracts Worth $254M Total Value

Latitude.sh, a wholly owned subsidiary of Megaport, secured three major GPU, CPU, network, and storage contracts across a pair of US-based technology providers running AI applications and inference workloads. The combined total contract value reached approximately US$182.9 million or A$254 million, with two contracts carrying 36-month initial terms and the third a 24-month term. Annualised recurring revenue from the deals totals approximately US$65.2 million or A$90.6 million once fully deployed. Megaport announced the contracts on May 14, 2026, following the November 2025 acquisition of Latitude.sh.
