Chronosphere Reports $200 Million ARR Ahead of Palo Alto Networks Acquisition

Palo Alto Networks acquired Chronosphere for $3.35 billion based on its $200 million annual recurring revenue in February 2026. Chronosphere had raised $345.56 million in total funding prior to the deal. The acquisition integrated Chronosphere's cloud-native observability tools into Palo Alto Networks' security offerings. Chronosphere previously announced $43.4 million in Series B funding in 2020.
