SAP invests in n8n at $5.2B valuation with multi-year Joule Studio partnership

SAP made a strategic investment in n8n, raising the Berlin-based workflow automation company's valuation to $5.2 billion. The deal includes a multi-year commercial agreement embedding n8n into Joule Studio on the SAP Business AI Platform. n8n previously held a $2.5 billion valuation from its October 2025 Series C round. n8n serves more than 1,400 enterprise customers and 1.7 million monthly active developers. SAP holds a stake of just under 1.3 percent following the transaction.
