Essential costs $29 per seat annually while Advanced costs $85 per seat and Expert costs $132 per seat. The plans include usage-based charges for Fin AI at $0.99 per resolved conversation. Fin and Intercom plans allow customers to move between tiers at any time with no minimum seat requirements.
