ServiceNow Adds Moveworks to AI Platform and Launches EmployeeWorks

ServiceNow integrated Moveworks into its AI Platform on February 26, 2026. The integration introduced ServiceNow EmployeeWorks combining Moveworks conversational AI with unified portals and autonomous workflows. Moveworks remains available as a standalone product post its $2.85 billion acquisition by ServiceNow in December 2025. The update supports nearly 200 million employees with natural language request handling.
