Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announced a class action lawsuit opportunity for Commvault Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVLT) investors on May 21, 2026. The lawsuit, captioned Imbert v. Commvault Systems, Inc., No. 26-cv-05654 (D.N.J.), covers purchasers or acquirers of Commvault securities between April 29, 2025 and January 26, 2026. The complaint alleges that Commvault and certain executives made false or misleading statements about annualized recurring revenue (ARR) growth stability during fiscal year 2026, including knowledge of impacts from different sales types on net new ARR projections. On January 27, 2026, Commvault reported third quarter fiscal 2026 net new ARR of $39 million versus guided $45 million, after which the stock price fell more than 31 percent. Investors have until July 17, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff status.
