Ashby announced People Workflows at the Ashby One conference on May 7, 2026 in San Francisco. The new product extends the platform beyond traditional ATS to automate and manage employee onboarding. It coordinates tasks, communications, and stakeholders across recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers. Over 25 early access customers are using People Workflows. The feature maintains high-quality post-offer experiences through custom workflows.
