CoreWeave completed its acquisition of Weights & Biases on May 5, 2025. The deal combines CoreWeave's AI cloud infrastructure with Weights & Biases' MLOps experiment tracking tools. The transaction followed an agreement announced on March 4, 2025, and closed in the first half of 2025. Weights & Biases was valued at $1.25 billion in 2023 prior to the acquisition by CoreWeave.
