Neptune Insurance Holdings, Inc. launched Atlas+, its new AI-powered platform experience, on May 21, 2026. Atlas+ integrates generative AI into the Neptune Agent Portal to generate sales scripts, draft emails, compare coverage options, and provide quote-specific talking points for flood insurance agents. The rollout starts this week with real-time support embedded in the quote screen, allowing natural language interactions including dictation. Neptune’s platform has processed tens of millions of quotes and more than one million policies, forming the proprietary data foundation for Atlas+. Chairman and CEO Trevor Burgess stated that Atlas+ advances the mission to make flood insurance easier to understand and sell, with further expansion planned across the Agent Portal in coming weeks.
