Worldline Implements Reverse Share Split Starting May 14 2026

Worldline announced the reverse share split on April 29 2026 with implementation from May 14 2026 to June 12 2026. Shareholders exchange 40 existing shares of €0.02 par value for one new share of €0.80 par value with no impact on total share capital or shareholder value. The exchange period runs through June 12 2026 and new shares trade under ISIN FR00140182K6 from June 15 2026. Worldline also finalised the divestment of Electronic Data Management to SIX on May 4 2026.
