Nebius Raises 2026 Capex Guidance to $20-25 Billion and Signs $27 Billion Meta Deal

Nebius Group raised its 2026 capital expenditure guidance from $16-20 billion to $20-25 billion on May 17, 2026. The company signed a $27 billion five-year contract with Meta Platforms that includes $12 billion for dedicated computing capacity and a $15 billion option for additional sales. Nebius reported Q1 2026 AI cloud revenue of $390 million representing 98 percent of total revenue and raised full-year revenue guidance to $3.0-3.4 billion. EBITDA margins in the AI segment expanded to 45 percent from 24 percent the previous quarter. Nebius Group N.V. secured up to 1.2 GW of power and land for a new owned AI factory in Pennsylvania.
