Amca announced a $300 million Series B funding round on May 20, 2026, reaching a valuation over $1 billion just 18 months after its founding. Caffeinated Capital led the round with major participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Lux Capital, Construct Capital and House Capital. The company operates six factories in California, Iowa and New York totaling 123,000 square feet and supplies Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Airbus. Amca plans to acquire or build additional factories and expand deployment of its RAPID AI-powered platform that reduces lead times by 67 percent. The funding accelerates development of domestic aerospace and defense manufacturing capacity for national security programs.
