HubSpot reported Q1 2026 revenue of $881 million, up 23% year-over-year, with non-GAAP EPS rising 53% to $2.73 and GAAP profitability achieved for the first time. The company lowered pricing for Customer Agent and Prospecting Agent in April 2026 and introduced 28-day free trials on some agentic products. CFO Kathryn Bueker noted the changes extended sales cycles in the near term as customers evaluate usage-based plans. Shares fell sharply despite the beat and raise guidance.
