Fresh People closed a €2.6 million funding round on May 13, 2026 led by Inveready with participation from Successful Fund and Paloma Tejada. The Valencia-based company will use the capital to launch Booster, its AI-powered leadership copilot already used by more than 2,000 managers at Acciona, LaLiga, and Kave Home. Booster integrates with existing tools to set goals, provide feedback, and has delivered a 45% increase in objective achievement plus 23% reduction in talent turnover. CEO José J. Burgos leads the transition to international expansion via booster.team.
