Fountain Launches Mobile App for Shift-Based Hiring Automation

Fountain announced the launch of its new mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Managers of shift-based workers can now post to over 80 job boards at once, coordinate hiring in one central location, send real-time SMS communications, receive applicant notifications, and use the AI-powered Boost feature for sourcing. The app supports new users via Lite or Pro tiers and existing users with full desktop functionality on the go. The announcement highlights 5,000-plus new customers and 3,000-plus applications processed in recent months. Fountain targets QSR, logistics, retail, and similar high-volume hiring sectors with the tool.
