LangSmith Sandboxes Reach General Availability for Secure Agent Execution

Mukhil Loganathan announced general availability of LangSmith Sandboxes on May 13, 2026. LangSmith Sandboxes run in hardware-virtualized microVMs with isolated filesystems, shells, package managers, and persistent state. Features include snapshots, cheap forks via copy-on-write, blueprints for base environments, and automatic pause when inactive. The sandboxes integrate with LangSmith SDK and API for use in Deep Agents and custom workflows.
