Weights & Biases announced completion of its acquisition by CoreWeave on May 5, 2025. The acquisition integrates the AI developer platform into CoreWeave's infrastructure offerings. It followed an initial agreement from March 4, 2025. Weights & Biases had raised prior funding leading to a $1.25 billion valuation in 2023.
