Attentive.ai raised $30.5 million in Series B funding on November 12, 2025, led by Insight Partners. Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund participated in the round. The capital will expand Beam AI beyond takeoffs into estimating, bidding, and collaboration workflows for construction firms. Shiva Dhawan, co-founder and CEO of Attentive.ai, said the mission is to become the most trusted preconstruction platform. The round brought Attentive.ai's total funding to $48 million.
