Replit raised $400 million in a Series D round in March 2026 at a $9 billion valuation, tripling from its $3 billion valuation six months earlier. The company reported $240 million in revenue for 2025 and targets $1 billion in run-rate revenue by the end of 2026. Replit now has over 50 million users and shifted focus to non-technical users with the launch of Agent 4, which runs 10 times faster than its predecessor. Replit is used by 85 percent of Fortune 500 companies according to company statements.
