ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Moveworks on December 15, 2025. The deal valued Moveworks at $2.9 billion and combined ServiceNow agentic AI workflows with Moveworks front-end assistant and Reasoning Engine. Moveworks headquarters remains in Mountain View, California with over 500 employees. Bhavin Shah continues as CEO post-acquisition. The transaction marked ServiceNow's largest acquisition to date.
