LCS Announces Successful Close of Vi Acquisition

LCS announced the successful close of its merger agreement to acquire Vi on May 3, 2026. The combined company includes 27,000 employees serving more than 45,000 residents across 130 communities in 29 states. LCS CEO Chris Bird stated the milestone unites the companies to create exceptional senior living experiences. LCS and Vi previously operated as separate companies in the senior living industry.
