Megaport secured a US$25.1 million 36-month compute contract through Latitude.sh. The contract delivers AUD$11.8 million in contracted ARR and USD$8.4 million in Annualised Recurring Revenue starting H1 FY27. Megaport will deploy approximately USD$12.2 million in incremental CPU server capex. Hardware delivery is expected in FY26 with phased deployment. The contract counts toward Megaport's committed USD$86 million investment for CY26 and CY27.
