Aggregate downtime reached $600 billion annually or $300 million per organization with over $900,000 hourly impact and average 60 incidents per year. 44 percent of organizations use agentic AI for incident response while 56 percent report reduced downtime risk but all report AI-related outages including 50 percent from incorrect automation and 50 percent from model drift. 68 percent of leaders worry about unpredictable AI agent behavior.
