Thunes Joins Circle Payments Network for Global Payment Interoperability

Thunes joined the Circle Payments Network Managed Payments on April 8, 2026. The move advances interoperability between traditional banking, mobile wallets, and digital assets. Chloé Mayenobe stated Thunes builds the bridge between these universes. Thunes previously partnered with Circle for always-on USDC settlement across its Direct Global Network. Adoption reached double digits for DGN members and USDC-accepting partners within nine months.
