PagerDuty Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2026 Financial Results

PagerDuty reported fourth quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $124.8 million, up 2.7% year over year. Full year fiscal 2026 revenue reached $492.5 million, up 5.4% year over year, with annual recurring revenue at $499 million. The company achieved its first full year of GAAP profitability with net income of $173.9 million. Jennifer Tejada highlighted stabilized revenue retention and 700-basis-point expansion in non-GAAP operating margin. PagerDuty reaffirmed Q1 fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $118 million to $120 million.
