Boomi announced partnerships with Gong, Couchbase, and ServiceNow on May 15, 2026, during Boomi World 2026. The partnerships bring revenue signals into the Boomi Enterprise Platform and provide access to an operational data platform for AI. Ed Macosky, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Boomi, said customers need an active data foundation that connects data, orchestrates workflows, and governs AI for people and agents. In March 2026 Boomi announced new capabilities for its Boomi Enterprise Platform rooted in data activation.
