Megaport Secures Major Compute Network and Storage Contracts Through Latitude.sh

Megaport Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Latitude.sh secured three major GPU, CPU, network, and storage contracts across two customers. The contracts have a combined total contract value of approximately US$182.9 million and satisfy the committed US$86.0 million Capex undertaking for CY26 and CY27 from the Latitude.sh acquisition. Since the acquisition, Megaport has assessed a significant and increasing number of comparable opportunities. The timing for assessment and payment of Performance Payments and Integration Payment under the acquisition terms remains unchanged.
