Palo Alto Networks announced plans to acquire Portkey AI. Portkey processes billions of LLM tokens daily and raised a $15M Series A earlier in 2026. The deal integrates Portkey's AI gateway into Prisma AIRS and is expected to close in fiscal Q4 2026. Portkey cofounder and CEO Agarwal stated the move establishes the AI gateway as foundational infrastructure. Palo Alto Networks completed the CyberArk acquisition in February 2026.
