Fastly Stock Falls 22.8 Percent After Raising 2026 Revenue Guidance on Higher-Margin Products

Fastly reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $173.02 million up from $144.47 million a year earlier. Security revenue grew 47 percent year over year while network services grew 11 percent. Management raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $710 million to $725 million and increased EPS guidance by 15 percent. The quarter showed record contributions from higher-margin security and compute products. Fastly stock fell 22.8 percent following the earnings release.
