Red Canary was acquired by Zscaler on May 27, 2025. The Denver-based company founded in 2014 by Brian Beyer, Jason Garman, and Keith McCammon raised $135 million across six funding rounds before the exit. Red Canary provides managed detection and response across diverse IT environments with top competitors including Darktrace and BlueVoyant. Zscaler integration now combines Red Canary's threat intelligence with Zscaler's platform. The acquisition closed in August 2025 following the May announcement.
