Red Hat Brings Builders and Operators to the Center of Agentic AI

Red Hat announced Red Hat AI 3.4 at Red Hat Summit 2026 in Atlanta three days ago. The update delivers Model-as-a-Service through the Red Hat AI Gateway along with AgentOps capabilities including bring-your-own agents, agent identity, agent lifecycle management, and agent observability. Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.7 added a new technology preview automation orchestrator and a Model Context Protocol server for Ansible. Red Hat AI 3.4 integrates cryptographic identity management using SPIFFE/SPIRE to create auditable trails of agent reasoning steps and tool calls.
