Amit Jhawar, former Venmo CEO and Attentive President, became CEO in June 2023. Co-founders Brian Long and Andrew Jones stepped back from day-to-day roles, with Long serving as Executive Chairman. Founders Ethan Lo and others had already departed earlier for new ventures including NYC Digital Service and Adaptive Security. Attentive had raised a total of $922 million by March 2025, including a $470 million Series E at $7 billion valuation in 2021.
