Klaviyo Expands Integration with Anthropic Claude for Autonomous Marketing Workflows

Klaviyo announced a partnership with Anthropic on May 7, 2026 to integrate Claude into its platform. Customers can pipe store data directly into Claude to build full campaigns, audits, and reports from a single prompt. The integration enables end-to-end tasks such as drafting emails, setting timing, and staging flows for Shopify operators. Custom Skills now support email and WhatsApp for the Customer Agent with on-brand voice handling.
