Omnisend launched MCP on May 12, 2026 to bring ecommerce marketing into ChatGPT. Users can now create segments, run campaigns and generate reports without leaving the chat interface. The integration works with ChatGPT and Claude, with plans to add more AI tools. Omnisend previously required separate dashboard access for every marketing action.
