Megaport Secures Largest AI Infrastructure Contract Wins via Latitude.sh Subsidiary

Megaport announced three large contract wins for recently acquired subsidiary Latitude valued at around AUD 250 million over the next three years. The deals include a $35.4M 3-year compute contract won by Latitude.sh. Since Latitude.sh joined the Megaport group in November 2025, on-demand ARR from the subsidiary has grown 31% to US$58.7 million as of 25 April 2026.
