PayPal Partners with Anthropic on Claude for Small Business and AI Fluency Course

PayPal announced a partnership with Anthropic on May 13, 2026 to launch Claude for Small Business and the free AI Fluency for Small Business course. The integration connects Claude to PayPal for invoicing and refunds with user approval and extends to QuickBooks, HubSpot and Canva. The nine-lesson on-demand course offers a certificate and draws from the 4D AI Fluency framework. PayPal aims to support 25 million people and small businesses with digital skills by 2030.
