MongoDB, an IDA supported company, announced an expansion of its Irish operations with a €74M investment in engineering, AI development, and operational growth. This expansion will see the Irish hybrid workforce grow by 50%+ by 2027, creating ~200 new roles across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, anchored by its international HQ in Dublin and a new office in Cork.
