Shift4 Payments Completes Integration of Revel Systems into SkyTab POS

Shift4 Payments completed its $250 million acquisition of Revel Systems in June 2024 and has since folded the Revel brand into SkyTab POS. The acquisition brought 18,000 merchant locations and over $17 billion in annual payment processing volume. Revel POS no longer exists as a standalone product with merchants migrated to Shift4's payment processing and SkyTab platform. Bug fixes and new features on the original Revel side have effectively stopped.
