monday.com rebranded to an AI Work Platform on May 6, 2026 and introduced native configurable AI agents plus a consumption-based pricing model. The company reported Q1 2026 revenue of $351.27 million and net income of $28.03 million while raising full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.466-1.474 billion. Co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman cited record enterprise customer net adds above $500,000 annual recurring revenue. monday.com also acquired OneAI to add voice agent capabilities to the platform.
