Fireworks AI raised $250 million in Series C funding at a $4 billion post-money valuation on October 28, 2025. The round was co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Index Ventures, and Evantic with participation from Sequoia Capital. The financing brings total capital raised to over $327 million and includes both primary and secondary components. Prior rounds include a $52 million Series B in 2024 at a $552 million valuation and a $25 million Series A in early 2024. NVIDIA, AMD, MongoDB, and Databricks participated in earlier funding.
