ClickUp Brain 2 incorporates Model Context Protocol support to access data from Gmail, GitHub, Figma, and Slack without custom code. The update features an "anti-sycophancy" system prompt to challenge user decisions and a proprietary compression system reducing costs to about 91 cents per user. Rollout began for a subset of users on May 12, 2026, with full availability over the next couple of weeks. ClickUp acquired Qatalog and Codegen to accelerate AI features.
