Lambda closed a $1 billion syndicated senior secured credit facility on May 7, 2026. The financing upsizes the prior $275 million credit facility from August 2025 and supports deployment of next-generation NVIDIA AI accelerator servers plus additional data center capacity. JP Morgan led the multi-tranche facility. Lambda plans to use the funds to expand its fleet of NVIDIA AI accelerator servers and data center capacity while lowering its blended cost of capital. The company operates gigawatt-scale AI factories serving frontier AI workloads.
